The set of systems and activities to implement more efficient governmental services (e.g., eVoting, cybersecurity strategy, public policies, predictions and identification of trends), in order to increase transparency and citizens’ participation in political life. It also includes other government services (e.g. border security, fight against crime and terrorism).
